Rates

Below you can find 2 options to exhibit at Second Place exhibitions. A stand reservation is with a minimum of 12m2 (4m x 3m) or a multiple of this size.

Stand type A

- Rental bare surface (exclusive stand construction)

> Price of € 121,00 per m2 if registered within 1 month prior to the start of the exhibition
> Price of € 110,00 per m2 if registered in advance for the next edition
> Price of € 100,00 per m2 if registered in advance for the 2 upcoming editions

Stand type B

- Rental bare surface (exclusive stand construction)
- Stand construction, carpet and lights (1 spot per 3m2)

> Price of € 198,00 per m2 if registered within 1 month prior to the start of the exhibition
> Price of € 180,00 per m2 if registered in advance for the next edition
> Price of € 165,00 per m2 if registered in advance for the 2 upcoming editions

Fixed participation costs

The fixed participation costs per exhibitor are € 310,00.

These costs are including: registration fee, publication in catalogue, reference on www.secondplace.be, third party liability insurance and all risk insurance nail to nail for a maximum of € 8350,00 (ask us for detailed information and specifications).

Electronic connections

For standard equipment (lights, television) W2200 is enough.

Extra services and orders

After registration you will receive a login for the online webshop, to order services as: furniture, carpet, stand cleaning, etc.
